Home remodeling contractor in Happy Valley, OR
J Roderick Young Custom Homes is a licensed home remodeling contractor and general contractor in Happy Valley, OR, as well as a custom home builder. We take on interior remodels and renovations for homeowners in Happy Valley, Clackamas and the surrounding area, with the same owner-led approach and finish standards we bring to new homes.
Licensed in Oregon as a Residential General Contractor, CCB #78423.
Remodels planned by a builder, finished by a finisher
A good remodel starts with an honest look at the house you have. Jeremy Young comes out, looks at the space and makes recommendations based on more than 30 years in Portland-area homes, then prices the work in detail before anything starts.
We manage the trades a remodel needs, from framing and electrical to tile and paint, and we protect the parts of your home we're not working on. The finish is where a remodel shows its quality, and finish work is where this company began.
