Before you get in touch
What happens at the free consultation?
You meet Jeremy Young, talk through the house you want and your budget, and if you have land, walk it together. You'll leave with a clear idea of what the lot needs and the next steps. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Do I need plans or land before I call?
No. Some clients arrive with land and plans, some with neither. We can help you find land through our no-cost lot tracking, and help you choose or develop a plan.
How quickly will you get back to me?
Jeremy returns calls and form requests himself. For the fastest answer, call (503) 781-1169 during business hours: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 7 PM, weekends 8 AM to 7 PM.
