This policy explains what J Roderick Young Custom Homes Inc. (“we”) collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a consultation request, we receive what you type into the form (your name, phone number, email if given, where your land is, your timeline and any message), plus the page you sent it from, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the web address (such as utm_source). We don’t use cookies for tracking and don’t load advertising or analytics scripts.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request and discuss your project. We don’t sell or rent your information. Form submissions are delivered to us through a form-handling service, which stores them on our behalf.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for our project and tax records.
